1. Acceptance of Terms

4. User-Generated Listings and Content

  • You retain ownership of any content (pet listings, images, text) you submit.
  • By posting, you grant MyPetLingo a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and distribute your content for the operation and promotion of the platform.
  • You confirm that your content:
    • Does not violate Indian laws (such as obscenity, defamation, IP infringement)
    • Does not infringe third-party rights
    • Does not contain false or misleading information

We reserve the right to moderate, remove, or disable content at our discretion or upon valid legal request.

5. Payments and Featured Listings

  • Certain services (like Featured Listings) may require payment.
  • All charges are disclosed at the point of purchase and are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are securely processed through third-party payment gateways. MyPetLingo is not liable for gateway errors or delays.
  • Users must ensure compliance with Indian payment regulations (e.g., RBI/UPI norms).

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable Indian law or regulation
  • Upload harmful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene content
  • Harass or exploit others
  • Attempt unauthorised access to the site, servers, or data
  • Disrupt or compromise the platform’s functionality or security

Any such actions may result in legal consequences and/or account suspension.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any warranties (express or implied).
  • MyPetLingo does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or availability of listings or user-submitted data.
  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
  • Users are advised to exercise personal discretion and conduct independent verification before acting on any listings.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyPetLingo, its founders, employees, agents, and affiliates against any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your content submissions
  • Your use of the Service in a manner not permitted under law

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes implies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
