  • Breach of Terms of Service or applicable laws

4. How to File a Complaint

  • Your expected resolution or action

You may also send your grievance by post to the Grievance Officer’s address above.


5. Response & Resolution Time

  • Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours of receipt
  • Resolution/Action: Within 15 days from the date of receipt

You will receive updates throughout the process via email.


6. Content Takedown Requests

If your grievance relates to content that is false, defamatory, infringes intellectual property, or violates the law, we may remove such content after internal review. All takedowns are logged for compliance tracking.


7. Appeals

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to higher authorities or seek redressal through lawful means as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable laws.
