2. Free Listings

Standard listings under free or trial plans can be added and removed at the user’s discretion. No payment is involved and therefore no refund or cancellation terms apply.


3. One-Time Payments (e.g. Lifetime Listing Fee)

All one-time payments, such as the ₹300 lifetime listing fee for standard listings, are non-refundable once the listing has been submitted and approved.

⚠️ Why? These payments cover immediate review, hosting, and promotion costs.

We recommend reviewing your listing details carefully before submission. If you face any issues, contact our support team within 24 hours for assistance.


4. Subscription Plans (e.g. Monthly Premium Listings)

Users who subscribe to monthly or annual premium plans may cancel their subscription at any time via their account dashboard.

  • Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.
  • No partial refunds are provided for the current billing period.
  • Auto-renewals will stop once cancellation is processed.

5. Payment Gateway Issues

If your payment failed, was duplicated, or charged incorrectly, please contact us within 3 business days of the transaction. We’ll coordinate with our payment partner to resolve the issue promptly.


6. Denied or Removed Listings

We reserve the right to reject or remove any listing that violates our Terms of Service or Community Guidelines. In such cases:

  • If your listing was paid and not yet published: A full refund will be considered.
  • If your listing was already published: No refund will be issued.
